Pleased with my phone but not with the lack of interest from the rep. It was best to know the questions that I needed to ask. Also I didn't realize that I was being charged the monthly protection, but thankfully that could be removed from the app.
(August 7, 2021, 5:30 pm)Melissa and Riva were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting me switched over from an android Motorola phone to an iPhone yesterday...also explaining insurance benefits and getting me hooked up with insurance, and helping me pick out a 10ft charger for my new phone. I would definitely recommend this location and these employees because they paid attention to detail with their customers. I told them they deserved a raise for being knowledgeable and courteous. It was a mission accomplished!
