They were informative and answered all my questions and at no time did I feel like they were giving me the proverbial double-talk and used-car runaround. My wife was extremely happy with her used Lexus and happy wife means happy life. Now when I'm in the market again, I'm heading right back there.

This was the only car business that had fully serviced & state inspected car’s, on the lot & were available for Immediate delivery! New Concept even includes a 3month warranty on all their vehicles! They definitely had the cleanest & sharpest looking cars in the area. A very professional used car dealer, that’s been around now for 15yr’s?? That alone tells you everything you need to know...????
