  Mary Beth Hurtado has been a pleasure to work with as my Main Line real estate agent. She was my realtor when I purchased my first home about 10 years ago, and when it was time to move, of course we decided to work with her again. Finding the right home takes time, but when you find it, she is always available to get you in to have first look, and ready to prepare all the paperwork ASAP so you get your offer in first. Her 20+ years experience working on the Main Line is extremely valuable during every step of the buying process. I am happy to recommend Mary Beth Hurtado to anybody looking to sell a Main Line home or looking to buy a new home on the Main Line.

  Mary Beth Hurtado is my Main Line real estate agent, and I am so glad she is! We just settled on our house last week and couldn't have done it without Mary Beth. We are moving from across the country, on a tight timeline, and she made the entire process smooth for us from 1,000 miles away. She took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. Being as we are from out of town, her knowledge of the area was priceless; she seems to know everything about every block! I can't recommend her enough, she is so kind, patient, and insightful. I recommend her to anybody searching for a home.

  Forget everything you know about working with a realtor. This experience is like nothing you’ll ever have. Imagine a friend who listens to you and helps you meet your goals.
  Our relationship with Marybeth has been a breath of fresh air. She offered her professional opinions in a nonjudgmental way. It was easy to listen to her. Mostly she listened and understood our hopes and fears as we downsized from our home of 28 yrs. she was there every showing. She was there with the biggest care basket I’ve ever seen when I got the flu the day before settlement. She was there to usher us into our new home. She was there night and day via text or phone. It was the nicest relationship I’ve ever had with a realtor. She is a compassionate person first who happens to be a realtor ...and now my friend

  Mary Beth is our Main Line Real Estate agent and we could not be more happy that we found her and Eliot!
  
  We relocated to the area after a very long process (due to our timeline not MB's) to decide what main line town was our preference and we were also waiting for our house to sell before relocation. Mary Beth was beyond patient with me and met all of my demands throughout the location discovery and house hunt process. She went above and beyond at every request, sometimes even meeting me to get into houses very last minute within an hour of my request (I was often in town for unexpected visits to the children's hospital with our son).
  
  Mary Beth did not just go through the standard motions many realtors do when finding you a home, making sure they're checking all the boxes on your list of criteria. Mary Beth has a way of getting to know you on a deeper and more personal level and with that she is able to figure out what you and your family need (which may not always be what you thought to begin with, at least that was the case for us). If Mary Beth had just made sure each property checked all our boxes she would have found us a great house that we would have been okay in I am sure but she did far more than that, she got to know us and how we live and with that found us a home that was far beyond our expectations and we could not be more thankful to have had Mary Beth and Eliot by our side through this entire process.
  
  I can tell you with certainty that I would not be sitting in my favorite room of our home typing this right now if I had any other realtor. Our house had more than a handful of offers within the first few days on the market and getting it was no easy task. Mary Beth knew it was the one for us and before we even left the driveway she was on the phone with Eliot and by the time we got out of the car my email was pinging with docusign from Eliot- the offer was ready to sign and submit!!! I am telling you, there is no humanly way possible to work faster or more efficiently in a real estate transaction that Mary Beth and Eliot do.
  
  We love them both dearly and are happy to have gone through the process with them because not only did Mary Beth's knowledge and expertise in her field coupled with Eliot's legal prowess prove to be the best recipe for winning the bid on a high demand home in what is a high demand Main Line market, we now have two wonderful people we know and love in our life.
  
  I have been coordinating with our landscaper and pool service the past few days about getting our property ready for spring/summer and I kid you not- one of the first things that crossed my mind was looking forward to it all being ready to entertain because at the top of our list: Have Mary Beth and Eliot over for dinner and a swim!
  
  Do not hesitate to call Mary Beth, I assure you that she and Eliot will tirelessly go above and beyond for you finding you not just a house that checks all of your boxes but a home that you hope to never leave. That said, I hope to never sell our home but should life bring us to that point, Mary Beth will most certainly be our listing agent and if I am really honest I will say that although just the thought of selling our home makes me sad, a tiny part of me is looking forward to working with MB again, she made the house hunt a time to cherish (easily a process that if handled improperly could be a nightmare).

  Mary Beth was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend using her as your Main Line real estate agent.
  
  This was a challenging move as I had limited time to find a great home for my family, but we did it in just 2 days. Very knowledgeable of the Main Line area which was super helpful to this outsider.
