  Steve at Peterson Insurance was so helpful. I reached out to Peterson because I needed car insurance quickly for the purchase of a vehicle. Steve was knowledgeable and got me the information I needed so quickly. He was responsive and available for all the questions I had. Within the same day I had insurance for my new vehicle.   We had a great experience working with Peterson. We reached out online and Ashley Peterson Quin got back to us right away. She helped us save hundreds of dollars on our home and auto insurance while actually expanding our coverage. We did everything online but still got the benefit of one-to-one, personal advice and assistance from Ashley. Would highly recommend Peterson to others shopping for insurance.

  On a friend’s advice, I contacted Peterson Insurance in 2015 to help me find a better home and auto insurance policy. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
  And this is no get them and forget them agency: they have provided quotes from multiple insurers over the years for home and auto and life insurance. File a towing claim for me? No problem.
  Whether it’s Trish, Maggie, Ashley, Steve, or another staff member, every one of the Peterson crew is laser focused on customer service. Their response to every question is not only remarkably quick (even in the current pandemic), but absolutely thorough.
  I could not be happier with an insurance agent, and I am certain you will be equally satisfied.

  I would like to begin by saying, I wish I could give this review, 10 stars! Maggie is the best. I was looking to change my homeowners and car insurance providers. This process can be very stressful. However, Maggie made my life stress free at least for this moment as she made this process "smooth sailing."
  
  Everything Maggie said she would do, she did! Whether it was emailing/calling me back when she said she would or sending me documents as she stated she would. I did not have to go "hunting" for anything as in checking my emails every 5 minutes to see if I had an email from her. Maggie was professional, kind and most important to me, patient. I had a ton of questions and she never, ever made me feel as if I was bothering her; nor, did I ever feel rushed.
  
  She was available to me each time I needed her help. She found the best deals for my insurance needs. I didn't have to do anything as she did all of the leg work, including, sending out letters to my other polices for cancellation! Wow! And get this, I was going to purchase a new car on a Saturday and Maggie informed me that if I needed her (in case I needed to change the vehicle information), that I was more than welcome to reach out to her that day.
  
  I have already began spreading the word to everyone, that will listen to me, that Maggie and Peterson insurance are the BEST!! Truly the best!
