“What a great experience this was for me and my husband. He had never done yoga before and was feeling anxious. He thought we were going to be chanting ooom the whole time. Parking was a bit tricky, around the corner there are spots though. We felt very comfortable with the teachers. The moves were playful and nothing too tricky. We felt more connected and less stressed out after our class. Just a nice way to spend time together where we can be focused on each other without worrying about kids, pets, clients, etc. Looking forward to our next one.”
