  I had my 2016 Lincoln MKC serviced for an oil change and a flat tire at Pacifico Marple this past Tuesday and it was a lovely experience. Everyone I worked with was amazing, but Kristen deserves to be given special recognition.
  
  Prior to this visit, I had brought my MKC here only once before for a separate issue several months ago. Upon arrival for this visit, I was walking toward the doors when Kristen came out and greeted me by name, welcoming me back. I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade and have taken several continuing education classes on how to better hone my skills. This is the best example of good customer service that I have ever seen or experienced outside the classroom and Kristen deserves to be recognized for it.
  
  This type of dedication to customer service is more imperative now than ever. In a world full of phone trees, automated systems, client numbers instead of names, and minimal person to person contact, the fact that I can go to a place that services thousands of people per month, several months after my most recent trip, and be recalled by name is outstanding.
  
  I will be back when it’s time for my next oil change and my husband and I have decided that the next Lincoln we buy will be from this dealership. Thank for making me feel like a person and not just another number, Kristen. It may seem like a small act, but it makes all the difference.

  The service they provided for my car was amazing. I have a Honda, and this is where I bought my car. The only thing which was inevitable was that my car needed 2 new tires and they didn’t have them in stock so I had to go back. I also had my appointment for a Wednesday morning and it took a little longer than expected but it was fine!

  Excellent organization. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable. Owners all stopped over during buying process to make sure I was well taken care of. Highly recommended.

  Pleasant no pressure environment.
  
  The only comment about the environment is when you walk in the showroom immediately someone rushes to you and wants to assign you to a sales person. They should let a prospect catch their breath.

  I have been purchasing vehicles for about 50 years and must say this was my best experience. Alan Williams assisted me in buying my new 2019 Expedition. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. Both he and management worked to get me the best deal possible. I am more than satisfied with Pacifico Marple Ford.
