“I had an excellent experience shopping at this DSW location. I tried on a lot of different shoes in search of a style and size that fit me well. Having foot problems, I need a shoe that fits me well while providing me sufficient space in the toe box. I found a pair that I liked that was in stock, in my size. I wanted a second pair, same size but a different color. This second pair was not in stock in the store. When I went to pay for the shoes that I had in hand, I asked the lady behind the counter if I could order the second pair of shoes that I desired. The answer was yes, I could order the shoes and have them either delivered to my home or to the store for me to pick up. I wanted to place the order but there was a wrinkle in the process. I had a DSW coupon that with the purchase of 2 pair of shoes, I would get $20 off of the total price. The wrinkle was in the fact that the in stock shoe purchase and the ordered shoes needed to be wrung up separately. Without any reservations, my coupon was applied to both the in store purchase and the ordered purchase at a $10 savings on each sale. This gave me the $20 savings I was looking to receive. I left the store with 1 pair of shoes in hand and 1 pair on order. The pair on order would be arriving at my address in 4 to 7 business days. The ordered pair arrived in 4 days. The packaging was excellent and the contents were in perfect condition, a happy ending to my first DSW shopping experience. It will certainly not be my last. The staff could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. As a consumer, this is what we are looking for in a shopping experience. Thank you DSW! I'll be back!”

Even though things were a bit hectic this time, Holli stayed calm and did an excellent job dealing with everything and every one. “Tia went above and beyond multiple times for me. I came with a list of pre owned games I wanted to purchase and she contacted stores around the country to get them sent to the store. She showed great patience and perseverance to get the items I was looking for and made sure I was satisfied after I came in with a difficult and tedious ask. Another time I came in the store to trade in various systems and games and a few games did not end up going through the trade in process and were left at the store after getting lost in the shuffle. Once she noticed this she immediately called to let us know (which we would have not remembered otherwise) and set aside the games with very clear notes for employees the next day on what the situation was for when we came back in. She does a great job as a representative at the store and made me feel like a valued customer. I look forward to the next visit for any future gaming needs.”

“The staff was patient and also very nice. At the time there was a good sale going on that had clothes marked down 50 percent. Although, some items were still over priced even with the sale. There were some very nice choices to choose from when it came to either boys or girls, both young and old. But, I wouldn't recommend to the thrifty shopper.”

“I recently went to the new Weinstein Plumbing Showroom in Broomall looking for sink and shower faucets for our bathroom remodel project. Having spent hours researching products online I went in feeling very overwhelmed and unsure. I met with Chandler Liero and he immediately put me at ease. The showroom is really beautiful with a lot of products on display. They even have a wet area to see the difference between shower heads and their shower pressure. Chandler explained all the differences and made my selection process really easy. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products, very professional and easy to work with. When it was time to pick everything up Chandler checked and double checked everything before loading it in my car. I highly recommend going to Weinstein Supply in Broomall, it was a great experience!”
