“Tia went above and beyond multiple times for me. I came with a list of pre owned games I wanted to purchase and she contacted stores around the country to get them sent to the store. She showed great patience and perseverance to get the items I was looking for and made sure I was satisfied after I came in with a difficult and tedious ask. Another time I came in the store to trade in various systems and games and a few games did not end up going through the trade in process and were left at the store after getting lost in the shuffle. Once she noticed this she immediately called to let us know (which we would have not remembered otherwise) and set aside the games with very clear notes for employees the next day on what the situation was for when we came back in. She does a great job as a representative at the store and made me feel like a valued customer. I look forward to the next visit for any future gaming needs.”

There were some very nice choices to choose from when it came to either boys or girls, both young and old. But, I wouldn't recommend to the thrifty shopper.”
