“This was our first time at Charlotte's. We were seating promptly and our waitress, Nora, was at the table almost immediately with a smile and friendly attitude that made us feel comfortable. We asked her a few questions about the menu and she thoroughly answered them. She recommended the crab cake so we ordered that as an appetizer. It was the best crab cake we've had in years. I ordered the broiled seafood platter while my wife had the crab imperial. The platter was enormous, full of fresh seafood that was cooked to perfection. Hers was also huge and tasty. We even had the chef, Jimmy, come out and ask us about our meal. Nora later informed us of some weeknight specials that would save us money. The meal was not cheap but it was definitely worth the price. They even had a piano player that was so much better than piped music. We plan on making Charlotte's our regular seafood stop.”
