If you go there give a decent tip. The 15 to 20% rule applies to restaurants. The folks who improve your looks deserve more.”

“I have been attending Namas T Yoga & Wellness for about a year now and I love the Gentle Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and weight lifting classes. The instructors I have worked with are all amazing and caring individuals. The atmosphere is comfortable, accommodating, and diverse in terms of levels of practice. I'm excited for the additional fitness classes and wellness workshops. On a personal note, I recently went to my doctor's appointment and noted that my blood pressure was awesome and that I was down by 15 pounds since last year. I know that being more active has a helped a ton and will continue to attend Namas T!”
