  I brought in my engagement ring and my grandmother's necklace to be cleaned about a week prior to my wedding. They were very courteous and gave great customer service. They cleaned both my ring and necklace free of charge, and even replaced the clasp on the necklace. I would definitely recommend them, and will continue to go here for my jewelry needs.

  I bought a diamond ring last year from Bernie Robbins. Susan was very helpful and their after sales service is exceptional and personal. I have been in the store several times since then but they are very welcoming. I now have a personal relationship with Susan. A couple of my friends have used them as well and are very satisfied with the overall experience. HIghly highly recommend this store.

  Bernie Robbins has been my Jeweler for my entire life, and my families' Jeweler for more than fifty years. They have excellent quality products and tremendous service.
  
  I have purchased several watches, as well as items that I have custom designed myself. My sister-in-law's engagement ring is from here, and my parents must have more items than I can count.
  
  They are one of the area's few Rolex dealers. They are also certified to overhaul Rolex on-site with their Master Jewelers and master gemologists.
  
  They provide free cleaning and inspection of your jewelry.
  
  Though she is not always there, ask for Susan. She is a delight and very knowledgeable.
  
  You don't need to go anywhere else for your jewelry needs. Bernie Robbins is the place.
