  This shop does good work and is very helpful with giving car advice without upselling. I've come to trust them with my car, as the people there take great care in their work. Prices are always good, they work pretty fast, and they have a good selection of magazines to occupy with while waiting.

  I was in a minor accident in Pennsylvania just before Christmas and I needed to have my car checked to be sure it was drivable for me to return to Cleveland after the holiday. The Munro facility in Wayne was fantastic!!! Not only did they squeeze me on on Christmas Eve, they also road tested my car to determine the source of an intermittent scraping sound. The road test indicated the sound was caused by intermittent contact between the plastic shroud in the front passenger wheel well and the passenger front tire. Anthony (the manager) and one of his technicians eliminated this by prying out the fender so there wasn't any contact between the shroud and the tire. They did all this while I waited and did it at an unbelievably low price.
  
  If I ever have another accident, I hope it's near Wayne, PA and the Munro facility. If this review provides you with the incentive to go to Munro in Wayne, be sure to ask for Anthony, and tell him you read about him in a review Bill from Cleveland wrote. I'm sure he will give you the same fantastic service he gave me.

  I was very pleased with the service and cost during my visit today. The mechanics and manager, Anthony T., were very honest, unlike some competitors that would say that certain repairs needed immediate attention. I am glad that Monro is close to my residence. I am confident in their service and intend to continue using them in the future.

  Had a great experience here. Called ahead and let the manager on duty Anthony T that I had a nail in my tire, said I’d be there in an hour or so. He went over quick options, patch, replacement tire. Got there was greeted and taken care of immediately, zero wait. Fortunately he had the exact replacement tire size I needed, and in minutes they got me a quote, replaced the tire, and I was already on my way. Car drives great on the replacement tire, no AWD overcompensating issues, etc. Would definitely recommend for fast, honest, accurate service.

A truly great shop. I was doped off here on a flatbed around midday on a Sunday with a failed front wheel bearing on a 2003 Dodge RAM 3500 Diesel. Bobby Smith found a suitable bearing and Cody Harris had it installed in less that an hour. Supper friendly and efficient people.
