(February 2, 2020, 4:57 pm)We worked with Brendan during late 2018 and through fall 2019. During this time Brendan was our realtor first as a buyers agent and then as a sellers agent. Brendan is very knowledgeable about the Main Line area and approaches his work with a lot of professionalism. He was there to guide us every step of the way starting with an understanding of our needs and shortlisting houses for us to see during the purchase phase. He has excellent contacts in the industry and was able to guide us many times whether it was to hire a home inspector or to just answer our questions about house construction and pros and cons. During the sale phase he presented us with sales data and helped us arrive at a sale price and suggested staging services that helped us sell our property in less than a month. What sets Brendan apart is his excellent knowledge of the real estate business and residential construction which was very useful during our search and in our decision making. He is very responsive, trust-worthy and straightforward in his dealings and we would recommend him 100%.

He was flexible in scheduling showings, thorough and patient in addressing questions or concerns, and very knowledgeable of homes in the area, construction, and counseling us through the offer an agreement of sale.
