Sifu Fred Grant is knowledgeable, a great teacher, and is amazing with the kids classes. We learned so much more than Kung-fu.
Sifu Grant is very knowledgeable on all types of martial arts and chances are that if you as him "do you know this art" he will already be telling new things about that art that you did not know. Sifu is genuinely invested in your well being and martial growth. There is not a Sifu anywhere elsewhere who can do what he does.
