“Been to every gym in the area. This is the best. If you want to lift and hav everything you need to do it from dumbbells, kettlebells and barbell. This is the spot. A whole room full of resistance training machines, a pool, hot tub and sauna as well. Best gym around. Never over too crowded but always familiar faces.”

“as much as I dislike laundromats this one is different it was not excruciatingly hot they did have everything you needed soap dispensers and coin operated machines that actually worked which is rare in laundromats they even had carts for you to move your clothes tables to hold your clothes and a nice young lady to help you out oh yes they had Lottery machines so you could buy your lottery there which was pretty cool can't say enough about this place besides the fact that it was service dog friendly”
