It provides a nurturing, welcoming and comprehensive environment for social and academic skill set growth. With its expansive fields and woods for play and strong faculty and staff, it is the perfect setting for a kid to be a kid and, at the same time, harness what is best about themselves in a collaborative ecosystem. Woodshop, music, art and Spanish are integrated as part of the full experience for students starting at Kindergarten; which allows the confidence of the students to thrive with age as they develop a variety of interests. If you are seeking to raise a well-rounded and grounded child that appreciates others, SRV is the place to be.
(August 15, 2017, 3:00 pm)The School in Rose Valley (SRV) has been a spectacular school for our three children. I knew little about progressive education before enrolling my now high schooler in the SRV preschool. It didn't take long for me to understand the all around benefits of the progressive model, and SRV in particular. Mind, body, heart and soul are all developed at SRV and I am so thankful for having found it when we moved here from the city!!
