(January 25, 2021, 12:35 pm)AMAZING SERVICE! I had my mom take her car to this location to see what was wrong with it. It is an older car and she does not understand cars (I don't either, but my husband does) the problem is that we are not in El Paso, so we could not be there to see in person. I was in communication with Caleb and WOW he was amazing. He answered all the questions I had, gave us the information I needed, and sent us pictures of everything that was wrong before and during so we could see the difference. He definitely went the extra mile! Who does that? He didn't have to do all the above, but he did because he is excellent. He was honest, patient, friendly, respectful. I definitely recommend this store! We will be taking mom's car here when needed!
