(March 30, 2023, 11:30 am)Very helpful mechanics who looked at a car I was thinking of buying. The car turned out to have some issues that I wouldn't have noticed without their help. At the end of the 20 minute inspection, this shop didn't even charge me for the visual inspection! I will definitely be revisiting the next time I am in the area.

(January 28, 2023, 3:23 pm)Called on a late afternoon to have a screw removed from my car tire. Within 1/2 hr. I was in an out. Desk clerk was pleasant and place was somewhat clean. Coffee/water machines need attention, but those, I see as extras.

Ended up needing two brake pads as well. Fantastic service and pricing. The store manager was so helpful in getting all our needs met. Great job.

Melissa was amazing with squeezing us in for same day service considering the issue was our main sewer drain. Damian arrived within about an hour and quickly resolved our issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I would definitely recommend this company because of their great customer service and communication.
We were connected with Advanced Drains via our HomeServe service contract so at first I was a little concerned with who HomeServe was going to send out to perform the work but couldn't have been happier. Advanced Drains made the process so unbelievably easy and provided a quick resolution. Thank you! -
