I have been coming to this practice for probably about 10 years. When I first started coming in I was seeing Dr. Park but when she left I started to go to Dr. Nguyen, who I absolutely loved, she was seriously the sweetest person I have ever met. She always took the time to listen and never made me feel rushed. When Dr. Nguyen left the practice I honestly thought about just going to a different office all together but I ended up getting a job about 5 minutes away and it was easy for me to come in for appointments on my lunch break. I started going to the Nurse Practitioner, Megan Pepper. Megan is right up there with Dr. Nguyen in terms of genuinely caring for her patients and never making them feel rushed. I have never left an appointment with Megan feeling like she didn't listen to me or that she rushed me out. She always figures out the best plan of action for you- and if that doesn't work, she figures something else out that might better suite you. I can be SUPER annoying so I appreciate that she never makes me feel like I am actually being annoying, lol. I have not seen any of the other Dr.s in the practice but I have heard good things about all of them. It seems like you would be in good hands with just about anyone here. ALSO the front desk staff is seriously the best, they are all so nice and always helpful. I think that really makes all the difference since they are the first point of contact and that can make or break your experience. It is always easy to get an appointment and they are always very accommodating to your schedule. last but not least Patty (I believe that is her name) the nurse is literally a saint, she has been there for a long time and she is always so upbeat and positive and the kind of person that is always happy to see everyone when they come in. I would take any negative reviews with a grain of salt, this is a great doctors office and I always recommend them to anyone who is looking for a primary care Dr.
Dr Conroy and his staff are caring and compassionate. Best Practice in Delco
Don’t let one bad review mislead you. This is a fabulous primary care practice! I’ve been an RN for 35 years and David Trinkley has been my doctor for the last 16. He and all the staff have always been kind, courteous and caring. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice!
She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any health questions. I will and have recommended Dr T to friends and family. She was straight to the point and asked for my input regarding my care. I am very happy with Dr. Nguyen. Amanda in Morton, PA - Jan 16 2016.
