    Great place to park if you want to leave from Philly's airport. As soon as we pulled in a van came right to our car and opened the van door for me and then put all our luggage in the back . Driver was super friendly , ask me what terminal, I told him and ask if he could drop us off at curb side pickup for our luggage and wheel chair assistance for my husband. He made sure that he did EXACTLY that. Will always park my SUV at Smart Park. 5 stars

    Valet parking and free shuttle. I didn't even have to wait. I will be using again for my next trip.

    I was lucky to find cheap parking for my Thanksgiving weekend trip given I booked this place the night before my flight. The location was easy to find, and I was greeted by very sweet and friendly staff on a cold Thanksgiving morning. The lot was full but more than one person was available to guide me to a spot (it was arranged around some cars as they were full, not a real spot). The trip to the airport is short, 5-10 mins. I was mistakenly given a card with their partner lot name on it for my return and that created confusion when I called them for a pick-up on my way back. Thankfully I explained to the driver that I booked with Smart Inc. as he asked me to wait for the partner lot shuttle. After understanding the situation, he was apologetic and very understanding and I got to my car in not too long. The staff is super friendly, very warm and helpful.

    Have been parking here for years. Friendly staff. Timely delivery & pick-up. Reasonable prices.

    Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Really glad to have this as an alternate parking site at a very close distance to the airport. Well worth the price!
