Always reliable, professional, and cordial. The front desk person, Roz, was so very helpful. She is to be commended for maintaining her professionalism at 4:30AM. The rooms were clean and roomy and had a microwave and small fridge. The beds were supportive and comfortable. The biggest plus is that the permit dogs.
I most highly recommend this Red Roof Inn and expect to return.

The staff was amazingly friendly. Great location because I am a private person and I like being outside. One major incident a water break, in which the staff handled efficiently. Oh, almost forgot linens, I change my linen every other day if it could be offered I would change it myself.

Customer service was great to me. We had a king size room that was suppose to be non smoking but instead it smelled exactly like smoke and the door didn't properly work. Fortunately, the receptionist expressed her deepest apologies and upgraded our room! It was a double bedroom but it was so SPACIOUS! ????????????????
