Got there after they were closed and they were still helpful and very nice

Excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure was package was properly taken care of.

I arrived a bit before noon.
Clearly marked customer parking, close to the door. The lot is a asphalt and gravel mix. If I remember correctly.
It's in an industrial area. It's in Petersburg/ Prince George off Puddleduck Road. (Crazy Road name right).
I retrieved my package with the prepaid shipping label and headed in.
Small reception lobby area.
Appeared clean and tidy. 👍🏾, this is the part I like. Cleanliness.
As soon as I walked through the door, the associate, who was helping a earlier customer, states, I will be with you shortly. I really appreciate the acknowledgement. That's customer service POINTS. I asked if I could leave my package, it was labeled and paid. She said yes! I left swiftly and was pleased with the experience.
