“Shane and Randy are great! Called on a Thursday during a busy time and spoke to Shane. He got back to me quickly and asked me to bring the in car on Friday morning. Randy took a test drive with me to hear the sound I was hearing. Came back and checked the exterior of the tires, and explained the situation. So thankful for people who take the time to explain everything and answer all your questions without becoming impatient. He saw that I had a carseat in the car and let me know the kind of tires he puts on his own car to keep his family safe with the weather and roads we have in the area. He was then able to get me similar tires within my price range. They got the tires in on Monday and I took the car in on Tuesday after work and they had my tires on and alignment done in less than 2 hours!! Can't believe how quickly and efficiently they we're able to work! And what a difference it made! So thankful they are close by and will definitely be getting more work done there!”
