Not only was the customer service awesome through the phone, but Kelley at the Mansfield location was amazing. She called us to confirm everything before I even made it to the location and once there helped us promptly get everything organized for what we needed and explained the process very well, answering all my questions. She is very welcoming and does a great job with customer service. Made the whole process very easy, as this was my first time renting a storage unit.

I kept my stuff here for 6 months with no issues. Excellent customer service, clean units with climate control. Great experience overall with this location
