I gave a 4 star rating due to being a satisfied customer with the quality of work that they did over the years. In saying that, I'm struggling a little with the price increases. I understand businesses need to thrive but for me, I've noticed that the price increases makes quite noticeable when purchasing bulk orders of 35 plus units. The increased pricing of string is a mark up of around $1 per unit on bulk orders and almost a $2 per unit price increase compared to another competitor in the area on large orders which most would give a 3 star rating for 2018 compared to a 5 star rating in 2016 and prior years.”
