“I happened to come across this company through thumbtack. I had sent my initial request and received a quick response from Kevin. He listened to what I would like accomplished. He then explained to me in detail how to approach my request. A few days later Chip was at my door installing my ceiling fans. Not only did he quickly and efficiently install them, it was a snap for him to wire brand new wire lines to our ceiling for the fan. Both Chip and Kevin explained the process in easy to undesrand language. Chip was a dear and rolled with it when I asked him to add on an extra outlet as well. Theresa was quite helpful in the office when I’ve spoken to her about my job and additions to the initial laundry list of things I needed finished in the house. My experience was quite pleasurable.
