“If I could give 10 out of 5 stars for the customer service provided to me during my lease here, I would. The property management office staff are always friendly, always helpful, and seemed to really enjoy being part of the community. They still helped me out even after I stopped being a tenant, but had issues with mail and property verification that had nothing to do with any errors on their part. I never felt like I had a landlord. Issues were typically handled same-day. From the stories I hear from friends at other apartment complexes, the staff at the Madison are absolutely diamonds in the rough. The apartments are pretty nice. Private entrance, an actual fireplace, decent carpets. It almost felt like you lived in a neighborhood instead of an apartment complex. Parking is no issue. The ground floor can get a bit noisy with the neighbors walking above, but that is typical to most apartment complexes. Would definitely rent there again if I didn't buy a house.”
