We just had to put our beloved dog Dusty down and Dr. Peters was as kind and caring as could be. Last week Dr. Wynecoup saw Dusty and she too was as kind and as caring as could be. Today, during Dusty's final moments on earth, Dr. Peter's could not have been more compassionate, nor could Diane and Cheryl and everyone else who helped. “Ameer Staggs helped me to get a pass for the gym, he was quick, friendly, and very helpful. I appreciate everything he did to make the enrollment process quick. The gym is also a great place, clean and spacious. They have basketball, a pool, and a place to watch your kids when you work out. The treadmills are nice too because they have a fan that cools you down while running. I also appreciate the way the A/C is set up not too cold , not too hot. It keeps you at the perfect temperature for your workout while blowing cool air on you.”

“Shopped last night and left with a lot of bags....this morning I realized I left a bag "behind." Was going to write it off and then decided to call Customer Service to inquire about what they do with the left behind purchases (mine were frozen food products.) The customer service person I spoke with at 11:00 a.m. was very courteous and helpful....even though I can't find my receipt (still looking) she said not to worry, recorded what I left behind and then told me just to stop by customer service and let them know my missing items were written in the book and that I could pick them up. She did suggest that making it a habit of checking purchases against the receipt when I unpacked them at home was a good idea. Thank you Giant for great customer service!”
