I get quite alot of restaurant equipment for my business. I love when i get a call from PFX that they will be the company delivering my order. They are always friendly and very easy to deal with.
Local delivery made today of an item shipped from California. PFE called promptly once the item was in their hands to schedule delivery for today. The driver called before arrival and was right on time. Getting the item to my house was a little problematic but the driver went the extra mile and placed the crate right to the front of my garage. It's nice to see a company just fully living up to doing what is needed to meet the minimum requirements, but doing the extra to go above and beyond is a downright joy. Thanks to Jack, and thanks to Pittsburgh-Fayette Express. OUTSTADNING!
