My daughter got a day pass to work out at the gym. Great place to workout, lots of machines and free weights!

The young man that I talk with the other night was really knowledgeable was very friendly and told me everything I needed to know thanks a lot I didn't get his name but he works for tonight he said Monday through Fridays thank you and keep up the good work 4 to 9:00 he said he works keep up the good work was very polite and very very nice and very knowledgeable too like I said

Pretty much what you would expect from a local gym, so no real surprises here. As I've said before, it's the people that make the real difference in the business we frequent. The staff that I've encountered at Hopwood Fitness are top notch. They do a great job and are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The gym is clean, pretty well laid out with literally tons of equipment for you to use. There's enough space here that it never really feels uncomfortably crowded like some other gyms I've been to. Prices seem to be on par with the other gyms in the area. Locker rooms are large and clean. If you're looking for a nice place to workout, do yourself a favor and check out Hopwood Fitness.
