I've been going to Nickmans in Fairchance for years. I really want to give a shout out to Patty in the Pharmacy. She absolutely goes above and beyond as an employee. She's very professional, knowledgeable, friendly! She keeps the pharmacy runny smoothly. We need more people like her in this world. I hope she never leaves.

Been going there for over 40 years now..They are very nice people, very clean store, and polite and funny employees! Pharmacy is great, and their service is quick.

Brought my special needs adult son here for a COVID Vaccination. He always gets very upset about shots. I went in and explained the situation to the pharmacist, Pete Kreckel, before bringing my son into the store. Doc Pete was exceptionally accommodating and understanding. He offered to come out to us in the parking lot, so we did that. The man has a gift. He was very kind to my son and used some phycological approaches I've never seen before to put him at ease. Even though my son still got worked up before the shot, it was the smoothest one of those has ever gone. Outstanding customer service. Above and beyond!!! Thanks Doc Pete!!!

We've been dealing with Nickman's drug in Fairchance for years. They are by far the best pharmacy around. It's because of the wonderful employees like Patty! She is always so friendly and helpful.
