The buying process was easy and simple. However, I didn’t even have my SUV for 30 days and already had to use the warranty on it and pay out of pocket. What they don’t tell you is with the warranty, you still have to pay diagnostic fees, taxes, and they don’t cover anything extra. I didn’t even drive mine for 500 miles and it needed a water pump, which was covered by the warranty but NONE of the fluids or gaskets were. So while I didn’t have to pay the labor and parts portion; I still paid over $300 out of pocket. We had it for two days and replaced the blend door actuator ourselves because it blew ice cold air on the passenger side. When we contacted them, we got told the GM had been driving it with no issues. Extremely frustrating. I get I bought a used car but these were issues that should have been fixed before delivery to us.
Wow, what can I say. I stumbled across this place by accident and I am so glad I did. The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in 37 years! And I do a lot of car buying. I never stepped foot in this dealership or Even near it and felt like I had known Erica my entire life. The whole process was so simple and smooth. And they delivered it with a smile on their face. I’ve been a loyal customer to another dealer for 7 years and I do believe I just found my new place to buy from. Thank you for such a great experience!!!!!
