I may not be an employee of this company but my spouse is. I see and hear how he is treated and I must say he is pretty lucky to work for such a great company. He is not just a number , he is an individual whom his company appreciates. He is blessed to work with a group of good people.

Communication is key in a home care situation and Home Instead is GREAT communicating with the family. We have 2 caregivers now and they are BOTH extraordinary. Our mom recently had a hospital stay and her caregivers, despite not working, kept in touch checking on our mom. We have had an EXCELLENT experience. We worked with a different company previously and, from that experience, we never expected the great relationship that we have with Home Instead! Highly recommend!

I love everything about Home Instead. I have been doing business with home instead for the past two years! I am a benefits consultant and I walked in to see if I could help with their benefits package but I never thought I would meet such wonderful people or be blessed to work with such a wonderful company. I see several sides of home instead. The Business side is amazing, the office people are great to work with and are caring and compassionate as can be. I consider them all friends! I have been off on maternity leave and they check up on me every now and then, not all companies would care or bother with check up on their benefits consultant who doesn’t even work for their company! I also see the employee side because I work with their employees the most! They seem to be happy with their great benefits package but I also see that their employees value being cared about and all the incentives that Home Instead provides their employees. They love that they get the hours they need and that the office team is always available to help them out when needed. I have also seen the family side. I had a relative that used Home Instead for a care giver for her mother. My relatives we super satisfied with the office staff addressing their needs and they loved the caregiver! I always recommend Home Instead not just for a caregiver for your loved on, but for employment as well!!!

As a former employee of Home Instead Senior Care, it is with great pleasure that I can say what a wonderful group of office staff and coworkers they have. From the interview process to the end of my employment, I can walk away with the acknowledgement of knowing that I was treated equally, respectfully, & friendly by all. It was a great feeling knowing that I can call anytime with any question regarding clients or scheduling. Home Instead is very flexible with schedules, and try their best to see where you fit best!
