Thank you, Mr. John Fabry, from the deepest depts of my heart.

Our family has used Blair-Lowther Funeral Home for years. Since the last passing of a family member, it has changed hands. It is now owned and operated by a Mr. John Fabry. We were a little worried about this. Not being sure of Mr. Fabry’s work or pricing, was a concern. With the recent passing of our brother, the family decided to return to Blair-Lowther Funeral Home, to discuss arrangements with Mr. Fabry. Upon meeting him, he was truly sympathetic and warm. He was genuinely compassionate, caring, friendly and professional. He was very aware of our grief and sadness, and would comfort us when we needed it most.
Mr. Fabry was also very considerate of my brother’s (the dearly departed) final wishes. He asked to be cremated, but he wanted to be buried in the cemetery. Mr. Fabry, explained to us, how that worked. His prices were honest and affordable. We never felt like he was taking advantage of us or being over charged. He made the whole arrangement process a breeze, during this difficult time. He even managed to make us laugh a time or two. Thanks for that! We appreciate all he has done for us and we would HIGHLY recommend him and the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home to make the final arrangements for you or your loved ones.
The flowers they supplied for the viewing and funeral were so colorful and beautiful. My brother enjoyed the outdoors and the beauty of it all, and he would have been very pleased with the outcome. Mr. Fabry also prepared a beautiful tribute video with over one hundred photos of my brother’s memories, that we will all have to remember him by and cherish forever.
I would really, with true sincerity, and on behalf of the whole Haluschak family, like to thank you again, Mr. John Fabry, of Blair Lowther Funeral Home, for all you have done for us during this trying time. You have lifted a great weight from our shoulders and helped us through our grief. You had done an amazing job on our brother and made everything just as beautiful as he would have ever imagined.

As hard as it may be to write a review for something as such these are the reviews that are necessary. We had a very young passing in our family that no one quite knew how to grasp. Mr. Fabry remained professional by simply stating the facts of the what the next few days had in store for us. We knew step by step what to expect and he was with there with us ALL every step of the way. As awful as it is to say the cost of a funeral can sometimes be a very heavy burden. Not with John, he will work with you and help to ease you during this difficult time.
With any passing the most difficult part is talking about the details that will lay your love one to rest. Understand, these are facts and they are needed and there is no way around this. John was very thorough and helped to guide us with our decisions. BUT he left the decisions to us and did not over step his boundaries.
A beautiful tribute video was put together that we will all cherish forever. Our flowers that he ordered were above what we could have ever asked for. I have been to many funerals and I could only say that most seem very cut and dry. To lay a kind hand on someones shoulder while they are at their weakest is something to be recognized. There was not one time that my family walked by John that he did not display a kind gesture. For someone in a position that holds such power that would take the time to do something so simple as to hold tissues for loved ones is above and beyond in my eyes. Mr. Fabry was wonderful to us. We lost my daughter and when another funeral home told me they couldn't help bc I was out of work and had no money, Mr. Fabry stepped in. He did everything he could to make this hard time as easy as possible. He put together a beautiful service for us and was very understanding and patient. I will forever be grateful to him and his staff for helping me in the unbearably difficult time.

Well, this is such a sad thing to have to be rating a funeral home. However, I would love to thank them, as well as the coroner's office for helping me with the situation. I was stuck, had no knowledge of where to turn. Mr Fabry has been very kind to me and my family and also willing to work with us. Been patient with me and all my questions as I am young and have no idea about what to do and how to do it. Sadly he is in a high demand business and it is becoming more high in demand. So all we can do is be patient with one another which I have had no problem getting from him. And he will get from me. Again I truly want to thank him for his kindness time and patience, thanks Mr John Fabry.
