(May 15, 2023, 4:02 am)I rarely have any issues with this location….this is the one I most frequent, literally every night between jobs. I do, however, have an issue with there never being any sweet tea made. For the last week, there hasn’t been any made when I’ve come in. That’s my only issue. Otherwise, they’re always friendly and accommodating and I’ve never had to wait for food and it’s always made just how I ordered.

(October 14, 2022, 6:51 am)Sheetz has long been my go-to for a pitstop. On one recent pitstop, I placed an order for a sandwich at the kiosk, used the restroom, got a fountain drink & a couple of other items, paid for all, and went to the MTO counter to wait for my sandwich. After 15 minutes, I asked a staff person about my order number, and they said that it had been made and picked up. I showed my receipt (thank goodness I asked for one) and said that I've been waiting for 15 minutes. Someone stole my order! They asked if I could wait a few minutes while they made my sandwich, and I said yes, thank you. I was initially shocked and I hope I didn't come off as a rude person. I've worked retail; I'll stand my ground for what's right, but I won't yell and cause a scene. I no longer have the receipt with the details, and I don't remember who was the staff person who remade my order; when my sandwich was ready, I thanked her, and said that I hope the person who took my order hated every bite! lol
