(May 7, 2019, 2:17 pm)This is the nicest area in the park to have a picnic. Have been coming here for 30 years and the scenery never disappoints. In the summertime it is always 15 degrees cooler in this heavily wooded area. The stream offers a great place for the kids to play in.

(May 28, 2018, 9:16 pm)Good location for a day picnic and good seating arrangement near the stream to get legs wet while picnicking. Also did see a bigger covered stadium which can be reserved.
