“Every experience here is great! Staff is friendly and approachable. I recently came in for a state inspection and regular maintenance. It was done quickly, and the service advisor, Joshua, kept in contact with me. There was no guessing and I knew the status of my vehicle at all times. After my service, I had a strange rubbing noise from my front wheel. When I came back, they took it right in and investigated. The cause was a heat shield that was falling apart. Had nothing to do with what the technician had done. And yet, they still didn't charge me. The service advisor, John, said I didn't owe a dime. Stellar service. I won't go anywhere else”

“This location always provides a positive experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. When I want to make changes to how a sandwich comes, they never seem to mind, and it is always made correctly. Coffee is always fresh, and iced coffee is great. Clean dining g area, and pretty landscaping outside, well maintained. Update May 2019: Rapid pick-up is so very convenient. Order online (where you can FULLY customize your order), pay online, and simply walk into the restaurant at the time YOU specify it to be ready and there it is on a special cart. You could even order at 7 pm the night before and have breakfast ready for you to pick up at 7 am the next morning! No need to talk to staff. Very handy except the one time my order wasn't ready...that was incredibly irritating. I ordered 45 minutes ahead of my selected pick-up time, arrived on the dime, and waited nearly 20 minutes for my order. Absurd. Barely even an apology, too. Luckily that was an isolated incident.”

I’ve never had an issue but today I got home and although I didn’t do anything to the product I bought it was broken and cracked in 3 spots. Jen G met us with a warm welcome, explained everything up front with us, and allowed us to have our time to find what worked best for us while providing help when needed. The service was incredible and just what we needed! From the beginning Jen had our best interest in mind and never once made us feel pushed into a sale. The delivery was super fast, very professional, and even came earlier than anticipated. One the same night of the deliver Jen made sure to give us a call to ensure everything went well.
