We began working with Marissa back in December 2017 and couldn't be happier. One of the first things she told us that it was a commitment, and that has truly stuck. A commitment to our health-what could be more important? With that being said, she has a phenomenal commitment to her clients' health and well being. She customizes workouts based on the client's needs and capabilities. We've seen nothing but progress and couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a trainer committed to you and your success, give Marissa a call-you won't regret it.

Rissa Fitness is the personal trainer you want! Personalized program with immediate results! Can't say enough about Marissa and her dedication to her clients!!!!!!!
Choosing Marissa as my personal trainer is undoubtedly one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. Her expertise far exceeds my expectations on a weekly basis. She pushes my body further than I ever imagined possible. My results in 6 months are remarkable, the power behind the results is definitely compliments of Marissa's dedication to me, her client. She gives each one of her clients the attention they deserve. I can't thank her enough!
Marissa is one of the best trainers you could ever work with. I've trained with her since March 2015, and the results have been phenomenal! Not only have I lost 40 lbs, but I'm stronger and healthier than I have ever been. She has worked with me through my pain from spinal degenerative disorder as well as with my diabetes, carefully monitoring my progress and adjusting my workouts as necessary. My back pain has diminished significantly, I have more stamina, and I am also thrilled to report that my diabetes is now fully controlled through nutrition and exercise. If you're looking for a trainer who is both supportive and motivating, I definitely encourage you to give her a call!
