(September 29, 2019, 9:52 pm)Finally, a place I can trust. I found MotivWerks and couldn't be happier. They're a shop that's honest and charges prices that are worth the work they perform. I was basically a walk-in for state inspection and some exhaust work. They always look very busy with a lot full of vehicles, but he fit me into their schedule to get it done and I was out of there within an hour or less. They have since completed some work on some relative's and friend's vehicles and they were also very happy.
I've always done my own work to my vehicles but I really don't have the time nowadays. Other shops I've tried disappointed me by pushing services that weren't needed, and one even took my vehicle for an abusive 'test drive' after new tires were installed. This was indicated by the rubber I found in the wheel wells and high oil temps when I got my vehicle back. I almost gave up on finding a trustworthy shop until I found this place.
MotivWerks has earned my trust and will be my first choice for future work on my family's vehicles.
(August 21, 2019, 3:01 pm)Nothing worse than starting your day with a nail in your tire. I called Motiv since I drive past the new location daily and saw it was finally open. They told me to pop in and they'd look at it. 45 minutes later I was all fixed up and handed back my keys with a smile. Customer service is a big deal these days and MotivWerks was top notch!! I found my new place :)
(June 20, 2019, 9:39 am)I found them by dumb luck. I was searching for a mechanic for my MINI near me and they were not even in the top 5 results when they were only 20 minutes away. I've only really spoken to two guys there and each time I went in, they were honest, really nice and did what was needed as fast as possible. They made suggestions without trying to up sell me. I 100% recommend going to them for any vehicle needs. And the new facility is really cool. Lots more room.
