A very nice place for getting outside. Fresh water is available along with tables and a great park setting. The AT (Appalachian trail) passes by shed with water. A short walk along AT south will lead to 2 small Bridges crossing Anthem creek, very pleasant bold running stream. Also a AT shelter is nearby in case of rain. Also, continues along AT for a great walk on well established trail. All in all a great place for a day out in nature.

It's a small, quaint state park. Two small pavilions some grills and a restroom. Usually not crowded

A beautiful natural area, several picnic tables, a spring with clean drinking water year-round, and the Appalachian Trail for hiking and camping. Creeks have sturdy bridges. This location has composting toilets.
