  AAS came out to take a look at our house that is 120 years old. We needed an A/C and heating solution and we were looking for a ductless system. Jim is very knowledgeable, and professional. He took a look at everything that we had said that we wanted, and he came up with a system design. He had the quote to us in a couple days with not only the best price, the most efficient system out of the many companies that we had bid on the job.
  
  After a hiccup with our home equity loan, we had to reschedule our installation. Jim was very helpful in getting everything set up. Jim arrived Tuesday morning and started immediately. He brought extra help and they were all working together very well, and got much farther than I expected the first day. The following day, they got started right away and were done in a couple hours. They went over the entire system and answered all my questions. These are extremely stand up gentlemen, and I will not hesitate to think about who I need to call the next time we need any kind of HVAC work done. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

  Absolutely fantastic!! Jimmy does and amazing job and is very easy to talk to as he checks things out. Talked me through the whole process, twice in a couple years in 2 different houses. I won't call anyone else if I have any HVAC needs. He is the first call.

  AAS replaced my downstairs heat pump and air handler when it gave up the ghost last November. They did a superior job. After discussions with Jim from AAS, we decided we'd try to wait a year or so to replace the upstairs unit in order to space out the expense. Jim guaranteed me that he would hold the price if we replaced the upstairs system within a year of the downstairs job. We made it to August when the upstairs unit decided that 16 years on the job is quite long enough, thank you. AAS honored the price, even though they had to make unplanned modifications to the upstairs air handler space in order to fit the new unit. Jim and the AAS crew had the old units out and the new units in less than two days after my initial call to him. Jim's personal and management philosophy is full disclosure + no surprises = fully informed and happy customers. What you see is exactly what you get. Seriously, Jim is not leaving your house until you know what you need to know about your new equipment and every question is answered. The guy and his company are as straight up as it gets. I'd recommend them to anyone.

  Fantastic service, excellent product and incredibly fair pricing! AAS was quick to respond to our inquiry for a quote and was very accommodating of our schedule. They explained all of our options and even saved us from possibly getting two units (for a small townhouse where the 3rd floor is so hot) by simply offering a portable thermostat! Our old unit was 8 or 10 seer, but the new is 14 seer and so much more efficient and productive that we didn’t need the portable thermostat. We are extremely happy with our new unit, the service and the pricing. We highly recommend AAS! Honest people at this company!
