“I cannot say enough about the sales team at Buchanan! My girl friend and I were there looking for a new truck for myself. After going back and forth on multiple deals and looking at other vehicles, they called the General Manager in to the dealership on his day off to make a deal and get me going home in the truck I wanted, which they did! They asked me where I wanted my payments and met that! Not only did we leave there with 1 vehicle but we left with 2 vehicles! My girl friend found a used vehicle she liked and they made her a great deal as well! Everyone was so friendly and their prices were wonderful! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I came from over 30 minutes away because of their prices. I have a Chevrolet dealer directly in my backyard and chose to bypass them due to the prices. I highly recommend Buchanan Chevrolet!”

“The staff is great! So they called me on Christmas Eve informing me that my new phone had arrived in the store. Due to holiday business I was unable to make it to the store until late that evening ( roughly half an hour before they closed). Immediately I was assisted with cheerfulness. Due to a hefty phone storage the process to switch phones took quite a while. They stayed an extra 2 hours after the store closed to help me out! Will and Tiffany were extremely helpful and I was so impressed they were happy to help me so late on Christmas Eve. I thank them again for their professionalism and generosity! Great store!”

“Went into this store and purchased a cell phone. Got a good deal on a good phone, Kyle Baker made sure I had the phone that was suited to my need. Very grateful for that. Unfortunately, my phone was found to be defective after two weeks. Kyle then when above and beyond to help get my phone replaced at no cost to me. It was sent to me and he even helped transfer everything. All of this just to make a customer like me happy. I appreciate the efforts from this store and would recommend this location and Kyle Baker to anyone that needs phone service.”

“First time I've been there in many years and I was pleasantly surprised. There was no wait, yet the place was busy at 6pm. The server was great and the food was good. The prices are also very reasonable which is a plus. I'd eat here again. It's also nice that for a bar, it is family friendly and the music/TVs weren't too loud. I don't like when you can't hear conversation , so that was another plus for me.”
