“Bonanza was a pleasant experience for our family of 4. Two adults and 2 small boys. My husband is the most picky of all. Everyone was able to find dishes that they loved and enjoy a wide variety of protein and sides. Our service was great and more than one server popped over to check on us which is nice to see the teamwork. Bonanza of Chambersburg is very clean and we will go back.”

“I rented from this location for several years. I’ve read some of the other reviews and the most disturbing one I read was a one star with a lot of nonsense and lies listed. This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had renting. The woman that runs the office is very professional and kind beyond belief. Just because some neighbors suck doesn’t mean that the entire complex is the middle class ghetto. If I had an issue with a neighbor I was encouraged to attempt to resolve the issue myself first, however if I was unable to do so or if the issue was not resolved then the manager would get involved and as I said before she was very professional on both ends. When I moved into my townhome it was SPOTLESS. The other person writing a review more than likely left out that they took the townhome ‘as is’ because they didn’t want to wait for a cleaning team or maybe they needed to move in early for some reason. My stay at the property was peaceful and convenient. When I signed my lease, the manager explained everything to me. From utilities and entertainment setup all the way to what obligations I was required to do when I decided to move out. She explained that the house was professionally cleaned when I moved in and needed to be cleaned again when I move out, along with the floors, carpets, cabinets etc. The better I cleaned the house myself, the less it would cost for someone else to come in and clean. She also explained that it was my responsibility to pay my bills, obviously, but if I wanted my utility bills to come out of my security deposit when I moved out then she would take care of those bills for me and I could focus on my move. I really don’t understand the person that left such a bad review here. They either posted the review in anger or they were upset because of something that was their own fault anyways and wanted to push it off on someone else. On that note I encourage anyone that doesn’t believe me to go into the property office and speak with the manager and have her explain how the lease works, what the tenant obligations are, how the security deposit is used, ASK ANYTHING! I’m more than happy to prove the bad reviewer wrong in every way in regards to the property and the employees. I hope this review helps anyone reading this in your decision on wether or not to rent from this company.”
