Customer Service in medication packing has some timing issues to work out but that is a very minor issue. It is very accurate and personnel is courteous. The other Customer Service areas are managed in a sufficient manner. All in all this is a very reputable pharmacy. I would recommend anyone to do business there.”

“The staff is great at this Napa... Which says a lot in a neighborhood where social interactions aren't always pleasing, or really interactive at all!?!?. (Lol, I don't know, just a wired little town) anyway... Really are good folks working in here and one cool thing is they sell guitar strings, and picks, and a few other things for you git-box if ya play. Wierd, but cool ! Napa seems, to me anyway,, way over priced compared to purchasing online but that's just retail all around nowadays with any brick and mortar store I guess... Not their fault. Been in here quite a few times and always happy with the service!”

Everyone was so great; the techs explained everything to me every step of the way and answered all my crazy, first-time-cat-owner questions. The vet was equally as fantastic, you can tell she honestly loves all the animals. Thet made recommendations about my cats health and let me know which were critical and which were not imperative since he is a strictly indoor cat. Brought him back for neutering and he received the same level of excellent care. We will be returning to McConnellsburg for all his health care needs.”
