Went there this morning for my 3rd visit. I absolutely fear dentists but these people make it so easy to be there. I have 5 dentists within walking distance of my house but I will continue to drive 45 minutes before I ever go anywhere else. Absolutely the best in the business.
My husband had been a repeat patient of this office and suggested I go to see Dr. Szarell when I needed a dentist.
A few months ago I made an appt. for what I thought was a cavity on a very sensitive tooth.
He examined me and determined that it was not anything that needed his services at that time. So he gave me some coupons for Sensodyne toothpaste with detailed instructions and said there was no charge for the visit.
Yesterday, I needed a tooth extraction of a broken tooth.
He listened to my dental concerns and was sure to make me feel comfortable.
His assistant, Harriet was so very compassionate by her reassuring touch as the procedure started and throughout.
I was so impressed with her kindness and Dr. Szarell's professionalism and fine work. Also, very informative and affordable. ~My husband was right~

This place is absolutely wonderful! They weren't even accepting new patients, like the other 20+ dentists I called, but they still took my name and number in case they had an opening, and they made sure to call as soon as they did! I needed an emergency extraction due to an abscess, and they were very helpful. From the receptionist, to the dental assistant who was very comforting while I was being numbed and having my tooth extracted. It was super fast and easy! I was nervous for nothing! I am so appreciative of Dr. Szarell and his entire staff for their help today, and making sure to get me seen to help my problem, as so many other dentists wouldn't and didn't seem to be concerned. Thank you again to Dr. Szarell and his staff!
Absolutely amazing Dentist and amazing staff. All caring and empathetic to my painful situation. Unfortunately they have know room for knew patients. But should still be recognized for there outstanding job
I had an emergency and they got me in quick. Dr. Szarell was so gentle, humming as he pulled my tooth lol. His assistant was so sweet, she was rubbing my arm and touched my hand to help me relax. He isn't judgy like a lot of the local dentists here are. Having ugly teeth is punishment enough, seeing a dentisy who makes you feel worse about it makes you not want to go even more! They aren't like that at all. And you aren't nickel and dimed. I went in, he pulled my abscessed tooth, I paid him $50 and was on my way.
