(July 17, 2021, 12:27 pm)Very nice staff and great selection of products. We live closer to Pittsburgh and were looking for a Confer Curve Add-on for our steps. Everywhere nearby was sold out and no one could tell us when they'd get more due to production issues. We called Watters and they were very nice and had a bunch of them! We drove an hour to Watters and would call them again in an instant for a specialty product.
