Since finding out about this service last September after I had a serious misfortune with my brother, I'm really getting help I need that I didn't have when I was younger. Life was hard for me growing up and even into my adult years especially spending the last 12 years of my mother's life taking care of her. I never expected the whirlwind kind of life I've been having. Starting with grade school back in 1969, to now in 2020, about to celebrate my 25th anniversary with the USPS. Thankfully the Lord is helping my recall over many things in my life and having these sessions is almost like sitting with someone having a conversation and just talking with someone that wants to both listen and be included. Having these sessions are a real Godsend and they're helping me make up for lost time into helping me experience a better life today and in the future thanks be to God.
Christian Counseling Associates of Western Pennsylvania has been the most effective counseling that I have received. They are professional and listen and give amazing advise to overcome your issues. They certainly have made my life so much better!
Their office was very understanding and helpful in identifying the right counselor for my family. I greatly appreciate the Christian emphasis as our faith is an important part of our family and finding a counselor that respects and shares that faith is a huge comfort for us.
They were very kind and considerate. Took the time to help me find the right location to meet my needs. The staff that I interacted with were professional and caring.
Mary was simply exactly what I needed. She was a tremendous help to me as I processed the grief following my husband's sudden and unexpected death. She listened (and remembered), helped bring clarity to my jumble of emotions, and gave me the tools to think again. Mary has a unique ability to be both personal and professional. I felt cared for. On an administrative note: the process for registering, paying, and scheduling was easy to understand and clear. This was a blessing during a time when it was difficult for me to understand even simple things. When Mary and I switched to online counseling after I moved, it continued to be an easy and clear process.
