I made a complaint about being served over excess of what I ordered when i was percise in my exact expectation. I was followed up with the owner and operator with constructive feedback. I was satisfied that my concern was identified and discussed. The owner came to me personally at my residence to follow up with the service feedback I produced. This is the first time i experienced this kind of response to a complaint. I am very satisfied with this interaction and believe that this is a good resolution to this matter. We talked about who waited me for retraining, service, expectation, and other such things. I want to commend this business for this customer satisfaction follow up.

(June 9, 2019, 6:20 pm)Plenty of flavors to pick from. I always go for a hot fudge sundae. My sundae was good but messy. The window service offered me a second cup and promptly apologized showing good customer service.The fudge was a bit colder than I'd like, but enjoyed it. They serve soft and hard ice creams. They have a window and indoor service.

(570) 382-3084. I love this little ice cream place. They have a lot of flavors in hard and soft ice cream. Alpine changed owners a few years ago and now carries Libbey's ice cream which isn't bad and have a lot of low fat options too. They have fat free frozen soft serve yogurt too which is nice.
