Great location for enjoying nature. Amazing conservation officer certificate program
Fantastic programs for all ages. My family really enjoys all of the evening public programs about conservation and natural history.
Leading the way to a sustainable revolution, Lackawanna College's Environmental Education Center is educational and fun. My son and I often hike the beautiful trails and look for local wildlife. The programs are informative and the presenters are super passionate about their topics. Summer camps are the best, the crew gets our kids outside to play and learn about the planet.
LCEEC hosts nature and sustainability programs and walks for all ages. They have 5 hiking trails that vary from an easy .25 mile walk to a harder 1-mile trail. My daughters can't wait to go back to camp every summer! Plus dogs are permitted on leashes!
