Had dinner at 6:30 on a Friday and the service was great .. I had the Pork Chop Calabrase Spicy and it was delicious. My wife had stuffed peppers that were also good. The only thing is I expected stuffed peppers like grandma used to make "Softball Size" and her plate had two small "Handball Size" ones on it with a small scoop of mashed potatoes.. Don't get me wrong they were also delicious... but I myself would make them just a little bit bigger than the ones we were served. Still giving 5 stars because the service was great and the food really was delicious.
The food was pretty good, i had a good time, nice size portions, however they fall short of having clean bathrooms. But 4 stars for all of the good they have to offer. I would return.
I have a feeling that Terry’s Diner is going to be a place that just goes up in popularity with time. Other reviews are correct, this place is just a classic , delicious, homey diner. This is just so rare now though! It’s great priced, super friendly, and just makes you feel at home. We need more places that make you feel good.
This was my first time here. We had omelettes with home fries & rye toast. Delicious. The food came surprisingly fast waitress was on point with coffee refills. Employees super friendly & atmosphere very relaxed. I will say probably one of the best diners I've been to in a long time. I loved it.
The food here is excellent. I've only been here once so far, so not too sure about most of the items, but I decided to go with my classic breakfast set-up, two eggs, sunnyside up, with bacon and rye bread. The eggs were cooked well, maybe a little underdone for my taste, but I usually cook eggs a little extra so that's understandable. The bacon was cooked perfectly, firm without being dry and crunchy. Toast is hard to mess up honestly, so I don't expect much there, but they did a good job on that too in regard to that. The only reason for a deduction of a star is the environment. Personally, I'm a huge fan of diner food, but when it comes to the restaurant itself, it's usually very dated and questionable on cleanliness. I've been to a few diners where this wasn't an issue and everything was kept in well order, but this, as follows most diners, was a little too old-fashioned and was modestly cleaned. Still, that's kinda expected from diners, and what really matter is the great food. Would recommend.
